Shipping Worldwide 

All Jason Makki products are shipped to you from Germany via a secure, tracked shipping method.

We offer free shipping on specific orders worldwide. No code necessary. Free shipping will be applied at checkout. Customs/duties are not included in pricing for Non-EU countries and could be charged upon arrival.

EU and USA are exempted from Custom Duties.

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes, please provide a physical address.

Dispatch and order fulfilment 
Orders are dispatched and fulfilled within 1-2 Business days from the date of purchase. Please note that all orders are sent on Monday to Friday, except Public Holidays.

Customers must ensure to provide the exact delivery address and instructions at the time of placing the order. Make sure someone is available to receive the parcel. Once the parcel is shipped, we cannot change the address or cancel the oder.

Customs fees, tariffs or duties are not included in pricing.
Orders shipped to non EU countries could be charged with customs fees upon arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the extent of these costs, which are your responsibility. Please consult the local customs office to determine the amount of duties and taxes that will be charged on your package.
Note: India customs fees, tariffs is almost 100% of the value of the products.


All items will be delivered via UPS & DHL. Once the order is dispatched, the customer will be notified via email with the carrier and tracking information. We encourage customers to track the parcel and it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up. Please Contact us immediately if you need any help.


Please note that we cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being delivered. We provide tracking information in our shipment confirmation emails that allows you to track your package and verify delivery. Contact our customer service team at if you need help.


Once the order is made, fulfilled and under the carrier’s care; the customer has agreed to our Terms & Conditions.

The customer /buyer of our products is responsible for any payable VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by their country of residence for importing consumer goods. We do not collect these fees out of Europe and cannot provide an estimated cost, as charges depend on their Local Customs may vary around the world. We suggest customers speak to their local postal or customs office for clarification and get an idea of any fees that may apply. 

We have the right to disclaim delivery delays due to local custom screening and revisions in some countries. Unexpected delays on common holidays esp. during high seasons (Black-Friday, Christmas, etc.) and uncontrollable events like weather or natural disasters etc...

Due to COVID-19, please account for a possible delay of approximately 5-8 business days in receiving your order (some International countries might affect). We appreciate your patience and are doing everything we can to get your order to you safely while adhering to the government guidelines.
