Shipping Worldwide 

All Jason Makki products are shipped to you from Germany via a secure, tracked shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders over €100. No code necessary. Free shipping will be applied at checkout and does not include duties.

Orders eligible for Free Shipping are Non-Refundable and Non-Return / Cancellation.

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes, please provide a physical address.

DISPATCH AND ORDER FULFILLMENT

Orders are dispatched and fulfilled within 1-2 Business days from the date of purchase. Please note that all orders are sent on Monday to Friday, except Public Holidays.

Customers must ensure to provide the exact delivery address and instructions at the time of placing the order. Make sure someone is available to receive the parcel. Once the parcel is shipped, we cannot change the address or cancel the oder.

CUSTOMS

Customs fees, tariffs or duties are not included in pricing.
Orders shipped to non EU countries could be charged with customs fees upon arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the extent of these costs, which are your responsibility. Please consult the local customs office to determine the amount of duties and taxes that will be charged on your package.

 

DELIVERY TRACKING

All items will be delivered via UPS. Once the order is dispatched, the customer will be notified via email with the carrier and tracking information. We encourage customers to track the parcel and it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up. Please Contact us immediately if you need any help.

 

SHIPPING DISCLAIMER

Once the order is made, fulfilled and under the carrier’s care; the customer has agreed to our Terms & Conditions.

The customer /buyer of our products is responsible for any payable VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by their country of residence for importing consumer goods. We do not collect these fees out of Europe and cannot provide an estimated cost, as charges depend on their Local Customs may vary around the world. We suggest customers speak to their local postal or customs office for clarification and get an idea of any fees that may apply. 

We have the right to disclaim delivery delays due to local custom screening and revisions in some countries. Unexpected delays on common holidays esp. during high seasons (Black-Friday, Christmas, etc.) and uncontrollable events like weather or natural disasters etc...

Some International Shipping Services may be delayed due to the ongoing Covid-19 health crisis. This may impact on time delivery and may be delayed up to 10 working days depending on the country.

Our company is based in Germany and Dubai but we ship our products directly from Germany to all over the world.

 

Do I have to pay for customs clearance, duties and tax to my country?

Yes, it is your responsibility to pay for import duties and taxes in your country of residence. Inquire and contact your Local Customs office for the cost and if charges may apply.

 

Is it safe to pay with Credit/Debit on Jason Makki Website? 

Our payment has PCI Level 1 compliant for credit card processing which means that it adheres to the highest standards of server compliance. What if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?

If the estimated delivery date has passed, we kindly ask you to wait a few extra days in case there are any local postal delays, as your parcel is due to be delivered by your local postal service. We also encourage you to monitor your parcel online using the tracking number attached in our confirmation email to you. After a few extra days, please contact us via E-mail and include your order number. We will take immediate action from there.

 

I provided the wrong delivery address.

Customers must ensure to provide the exact delivery address and instructions at the time of placing the order. You must contact us immediately to resolve the issue but once the parcel is shipped, we cannot change the address.

 

How to cancel my order? 

If your order has not yet been processed, you may still cancel your order. If your order has been processed and handed over for dispatch, your order falls under the Return & Refund policy. Contact us and we will make sure to do our best to complete the process for you.

 

I received the wrong item.

If you have received an item that is different from your specified order or if the item in your delivery is different from the description. Please contact us immediately or within 24 hours, through email and let us know what kind of discrepancy there is. Provide any photos of the item for us to verify. We will endeavor to get you the correct item within the normal timeframe. If the item is out of stock, we will refund you the full cost. 

 

My item is broken/damaged.

Please inspect the items you received upon delivery and contact us immediately or within 24 hours. Provide images of the faults or damages found. We would like to evaluate the issue and if the damages were due to manufacturing defects or damage during transit, we will be happy to replace the item for you.

   

Return Policy

As a private customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received and in its original packaging.
