COVID 19 PREVENTION

 As the situation with COVID 19 continually exists, our top priority during these challenging times remains to be the safety of our team and the community.

All our employees have been insured and trained for proper hand hygiene.  Work areas are cleaned and sanitized prior to shipping each package and everyone wears surgical mask and vinyl gloves when packaging orders.

 

CAN I SAFELY RECEIVE & OPEN MY PACKAGE? 

We follow strict rules by the World Health Organization and the EU Government for our work environment.

We assure you that the likelihood of an infected person is low and the risk of catching the COVID 19 virus from a package that has been exposed to different conditions and temperatures during the transit is also low.

As advised by the World Health Organization, we suggest you to keep a safe distance from the person who delivers the package upon receiving your shipment, to always wash your hands thoroughly and avoid touching your face after receiving and unboxing your package.

  

HOW CAN COVID-19 AFFECT THE SHIPPING OF MY ORDER? 

There are a variety of reasons why COVID-19 may impact the shipping process within your region. These are the most common reasons:

  • The amount of flights and other logistic traffic significantly decreased globally which can cause limitations and affect the transit time of your order to be longer than normal.
  • Some delays are due to the accumulation of parcels that were not loaded during an incident and may have been pending to be released after the first bulk shipments are decreased and successfully delivered.
  • It may occur that our shipping partners are understaffed due to COVID-19, this causes their operations and processing to take longer than usual.
  • Some shipping areas are restricted for deliveries as decided by your country's government officials.

A combination of the above reasons can also be possible. The restrictions and rules regarding COVID-19 vary per country/region and evolve rapidly. We are monitoring all changes closely and will inform you regarding any delays and cancellations if needed.
