When will my order be shipped out?

Orders are dispatched and fulfilled within 1-2 Business days from the date of purchase. Please note that all orders are sent on Monday to Friday, except Public Holidays. If you need your order rushed, please leave us a note during the checkout process and we will do our best! 

How to cancel my order? 

If your order has not yet been processed, you may cancel your order by sending us an email at support@jasonmakki.com. If your order has been processed and dispatch then we are not able to cancel your order and it falls under refund policy. 

 Do you ship your products to my country?

Yes, we ship worldwide. If there is no shipping option available at the checkout section for your country or any error happened during the checkout. Please contact us at support@jasonmakki.com

 

In which country are you shipping Jason Makki's products?

We are shipping our products from the United Arab Emirates.

 

Do I have to pay for customs duties/tax to my country?

Yes, duties and taxes are not included at checkout and must be paid by the receiver upon delivery.

 

Is it safe to pay with Credit/Debit on Jason Makki Website? 
Our Website has PCI Level 1 compliant for credit card processing which means that it adheres to the highest standards of server compliance. Paying through Credit/Debit card is protected as we take additional measures to guarantee your security and comfort. It's always PCI compliant and fully secure for payment processing. So, you can use your cards without thinking about credit card security.

 

What if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?
If the estimated delivery date has passed, we kindly ask you to wait a few extra days in case there are any local postal delays, as your parcel is due to be delivered by your local postal service. We also encourage you to monitor your parcel online using the tracking number attached in our confirmation email to you. After a few extra days, please contact us via E-mail and include your order number. We will take immediate action from there.

 

I provided the wrong delivery address.
Customers must ensure to provide the exact delivery address and instructions at the time of placing the order. You must contact us immediately to resolve the issue but once the parcel is shipped, we cannot change the address.

 

I received the wrong item.
If you have received an item that is different from your specified order or if the item in your delivery is different from the description. Please contact us immediately or within 24 hours, through email and let us know what kind of discrepancy there is. Provide any photos of the item for us to verify. We will endeavor to get you the correct item within the normal timeframe. If the item is out of stock, we will refund you the full cost. 
 
My item is broken/damaged.
Please inspect the items you received upon delivery and contact us immediately or within 24 hours. Provide images of the faults or damages found. We would like to evaluate the issue and if the damages were due to manufacturing defects or damage during transit, we will be happy to replace the item for you.

   

Can I return my package?
If you are not satisfy with your order, you have a 14 days to return the package. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition and in its original packaging. Please see more details at the return and refund policy section. Send us an email and we will make it right for you.

 

My package has been lost or stolen, what do I do now?
Please note that we cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being delivered. We provide tracking information in our shipment confirmation emails that allows you to track your package and verify delivery. Contact our customer service team at support@jasonmakki.com if you need help.

The result will last up to 6 months. Retouch hair growth after 1 - 2 months.

Yes! Just send us a message at support@jasonmakki.com with the required shipping information then we can send the invoice for the final payment.

Based on our experience, it can cover up to 10 heads of short hair (men’s hair) or 5 heads of medium hair or 3 Heads of long hair.

Yes, you can if you can do the entire process. But you may need someone to help you during the ironing step, which is the most crucial part of the treatment.

If it is not done properly, you may not achieve the desired effect. Make sure instructions are adequately followed before doing it. If this is not feasible, you can always take it to the salon and let someone else do it for you.

Yes, it is safe; however, white hair and color-treated hair may turn one shade lighter because of the several heat exposures during the hair drying and hair ironing process your hair has undergone during the treatment depending on the hair condition, texture, and color.

It is also a common effect on all the Keratin treatments in the market.

You can do the Keratin Treatment (Step 1 & Step 2), then proceed with the Hair color.

Make sure to use the Keratin Mask to maintain smoothness and add nourishment to hair.

Our Keratin Treatment Products are white/transparent liquid. Heat affects color pigments and disturbs the color of white hair. It is not able to color the hair.


It may happen due to the hair’s reaction to the heat process. Only 5 out of 10 people with white hair can have this common effect. However, our product is Formaldehyde Free and is safe and effective.

It can be solved by using a purple shampoo when it becomes yellowish or using a hair dye suitable/close to the shade of your hair color for 10 minutes. This is a temporary solution and can fade after 10 washes.

No. Our Keratin products are made of Hydrolyzed Wheat Amino Acids (Vegan Proteins). All our Keratin Products are tested on human hair. We are proud Cruelty-Free.

There could be plenty of factors:


1. One of the Keratin Treatment steps needed to be done correctly, especially the Ironing part.


2. Strong curls and thick hair density. Our product is 100% Formaldehyde Free. It means that our product is weaker than those with Formaldehyde or Phthalates. We have formulated our product to be safe for home use. You can redo the process after a week. The second time would have a better result than the first.

Extra Hair Fibers FAQ

Extra Hair Fibers is an aesthetic product. It is made of Cotton and mineral-based colorants; it cannot grow lost hair. It does not have healing properties against hair loss and thinning.

You can keep it overnight with minimal touch-ups in the morning, lasting up to 2 days unless you wash it. We do not suggest it stay in the head for more than 2 days without washing.

No. It is temporary and washable.

Proper hair care and hygiene are critical apart from styling. Always apply the Hair Fibers on fresh, clean, dry, and styled hair. We recommend our clients wash their hair before and after using any products.

This can also be a cause of your scalp's sensitivity to the hair spray you use to conceal the fibers. Our hair fibers are made of Natural Cotton and Fibers. Safe and hypoallergenic.

Depending on the coverage, up to 2 times use when you have a large area to cover up, 4 to 5 times use for medium, and 15 to 30 times touch up on small areas.

You can keep the opened/ used bottle for up to 6 months.

You can open the bottle lid; it is at your discretion to keep or remove the Silica Gel packet. It is only placed inside the bottle to remove moisture and fiber clumping.

Please keep it dry and cool, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
