Do you ship your products to my country?

Do I have to pay for customs clearance, duties and tax to my country?

Products will be delivered through the UPS i-parcel network, including contracted service providers. Duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees will be paid by the buyer.


I received the wrong item.

Is the wrong item in your delivery or does the item differ from the item description in your order? Is there an item on your delivery note or invoice other than the one you received? Then please inform us via the Email. Please also let us know what kind of discrepancy there is. We will then get in touch with you as soon as possible.


What if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?

If the estimated delivery date has passed, we kindly ask you to wait a few extra days in case there are any local postal delays, as your parcel is due to be delivered by your local postal service.

After few extra days, please contact us via E-mail and include your order number. We’ll take an immediate action from there.


My item is broken/damaged?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Our company is based in Germany and Dubai but we ship our products directly from Germany to all over the world.
