Return & Refund

We hope that you love your Jason Makki product(s) as much as we do. However, if for any reason you wish to return any or all products within your order, you have fourteen (14) days after the package has been delivered to do so. We will gladly issue a refund if the return conditions (noted below) have been met.

Orders eligible for Free Shipping are Non-Refundable and Non-Return / Cancellation.

Return Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging within 14 days for a refund; excluding shipping fee

Note: We only refund the price value of the item purchased. Shipping & return fee shall be paid to the customer’s choice of carrier and charged on the customer’s side.

Return Instruction

To start a return, please contact us and including your order number. Then, we’ll send you the return instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You’ll have to organize a return shipment to us using a carrier of your choice. We are not responsible for any returns lost in transit, which is why we recommend using an insured delivery method with tracking information.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, liquid, cream and powder). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Note: Items purchased during sales, promotions or gift card can not be returned.



The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.



We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

2. We will provide you a voucher equivalent to your purchased item including 15% Discount code for your next shopping. Please remember it will take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
