Return Policy

You are welcome to return/exchange items for a refund/replacement product within 14 days from when your order was delivered. We will gladly issue a refund/exchange if the return conditions (noted below) have been met.

Return Condition

All returned/exchanged items must be unused and in its original packaging. If you return an item that has been used or unsealed, we will carefully dispose it and you will not receive a refund for those item(s). We only refund the price value of the item purchased excluding shipping fee. Shipping & return fee shall be paid to the customer’s choice of carrier and charged on the customer’s side. Free Shipping products are not subject to refund. 

Return Instruction

To return or exchange an item please email us at support@jasonmakki.com with your order number and full name. We will respond within 24 hours and send you a return address. You’ll have to organize a return shipment to us using a carrier of your choice. We are not responsible for any returns lost in transit, which is why we recommend using an insured delivery method with tracking information. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged Product

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Shipping Refund Delay 

We operate 100% independently of all shipping carriers & therefore cannot be held responsible for their actions, as a result we will not accept returns or be issuing refunds for shipping costs due to later than expected deliveries. We truly apologize if any items do not arrive in time, but our team is working quite literally around the clock in order to get the packages out as soon as they are ordered. We appreciate your understanding and patience!  

My package has been lost or stolen

Please note that we cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being delivered. We provide tracking information in our shipment confirmation emails that allows you to track your package and verify delivery. If you still have not received your missing package after 3 business days please contact our customer service team at support@jasonmakki.com.

Unclaimed Parcels

Although we regularly monitor our shipments, it is your responsibility as our customer to coordinate directly with the carrier and verify the delivery especially when your local customs have requirements to clear the package. When we hand over the parcels to the courier, the responsibility is automatically between the receiver and the carrier. 

We cannot be responsible for any shipments that are not claimed in due time. Parcels are either destroyed or returned to us. Unclaimed packages that were transported on Free Shipping are non refundable. We also do not refund the shipping fees on orders returned to us. The item value of the destroyed unclaimed packages, cannot be refunded.

Refunds

We typically process refunds within 2-3 business days of receiving the package. During periods of peak volume this process may take a few extra days. You will receive a notification to the email you originally placed your order with once your return has been processed and your payment has been refunded. Store voucher equivalent to your purchased item can be an option.

Depending on your bank account it may take 3 to 14 days to receive your refund. You will receive the payment back on the account that you also paid from.

Based on our experience, it can cover up to 10 heads of short hair (men’s hair) or 5 heads of medium hair or 3 Heads of long hair.

Yes, you can if you can do the entire process. But you may need someone to help you during the ironing step, which is the most crucial part of the treatment.

If it is not done properly, you may not achieve the desired effect. Make sure instructions are adequately followed before doing it. If this is not feasible, you can always take it to the salon and let someone else do it for you.

Yes, it is safe; however, white hair and color-treated hair may turn one shade lighter because of the several heat exposures during the hair drying and hair ironing process your hair has undergone during the treatment depending on the hair condition, texture, and color.

It is also a common effect on all the Keratin treatments in the market.

You can do the Keratin Treatment (Step 1 & Step 2), then proceed with the Hair color.

Make sure to use the Keratin Mask to maintain smoothness and add nourishment to hair.

Our Keratin Treatment Products are white/transparent liquid. Heat affects color pigments and disturbs the color of white hair. It is not able to color the hair.


It may happen due to the hair’s reaction to the heat process. Only 5 out of 10 people with white hair can have this common effect. However, our product is Formaldehyde Free and is safe and effective.

It can be solved by using a purple shampoo when it becomes yellowish or using a hair dye suitable/close to the shade of your hair color for 10 minutes. This is a temporary solution and can fade after 10 washes.

No. Our Keratin products are made of Hydrolyzed Wheat Amino Acids (Vegan Proteins). All our Keratin Products are tested on human hair. We are proud Cruelty-Free.

There could be plenty of factors:


1. One of the Keratin Treatment steps needed to be done correctly, especially the Ironing part.


2. Strong curls and thick hair density. Our product is 100% Formaldehyde Free. It means that our product is weaker than those with Formaldehyde or Phthalates. We have formulated our product to be safe for home use. You can redo the process after a week. The second time would have a better result than the first.

Extra Hair Fibers FAQ

Extra Hair Fibers is an aesthetic product. It is made of Cotton and mineral-based colorants; it cannot grow lost hair. It does not have healing properties against hair loss and thinning.

You can keep it overnight with minimal touch-ups in the morning, lasting up to 2 days unless you wash it. We do not suggest it stay in the head for more than 2 days without washing.

No. It is temporary and washable.

Proper hair care and hygiene are critical apart from styling. Always apply the Hair Fibers on fresh, clean, dry, and styled hair. We recommend our clients wash their hair before and after using any products.

This can also be a cause of your scalp's sensitivity to the hair spray you use to conceal the fibers. Our hair fibers are made of Natural Cotton and Fibers. Safe and hypoallergenic.

Depending on the coverage, up to 2 times use when you have a large area to cover up, 4 to 5 times use for medium, and 15 to 30 times touch up on small areas.

You can keep the opened/ used bottle for up to 6 months.

You can open the bottle lid; it is at your discretion to keep or remove the Silica Gel packet. It is only placed inside the bottle to remove moisture and fiber clumping.

Please keep it dry and cool, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
