How to Apply / Before And After
The Keratin Treatment package contains the following:
1. Jason Makki Cleansing Shampoo
2. Jason Makki Keratin Protein Treatment
3. Jason Makki Keratin Mask
Step 1: Wash hair two times with a Purifying Shampoo. Then, dry the hair thoroughly with a hair dryer. Any oils or conditioners left on the hair may affect the treatment's effect and penetration.
Step 2: Use a comb and brush to apply KERATIN PROTEIN TREATMENT evenly to your hair. Always start at the nape of the neck, apply the product about half an inch from the roots, and then use a fine-tooth comb to distribute the cream evenly to the ends of the hair (don't apply it to the scalp).
Next Step:
- Leave the cream on the hair for 60 minutes.
- To remove 60% of the cream from the hair, first lightly mist the hair with water using a hairspray bottle. Then, use a fine-tooth comb to remove the cream.
- Then dry hair thoroughly with a dryer
- Set hair straightener to 240°C or 470°F.
- Ironing process: Repeat 8-12 times on each hair section. Watch the tutorial video added below.
Note: I strongly recommend doing the treatment with a professional stylist or taking the products to a salon and asking them to do it for you. We have done this procedure for more than 5000+ clients. If you are confident doing it at home, ensure the above process is doable for you, and then purchase our products. Transparency is our priority.

Wash your hair daily with JASON MAKKI Keratin Shampoo and Conditioner for the best results.
Apply Jason Makki #3 Keratin MASK for 3 minutes 3 times a week after shampooing. Keratin Mask nourishes your hair, enhances shine, and prolongs keratin treatment results.
Important
This product helps to achieve naturally straight hair. Jason Makki Keratin Treatment is suitable for wavy and soft curly hair.
If you have Strong curls or afro hair. We recommend repeating the treatment after one week to achieve a better result.
The package comes with an instruction paper for proper use.
There is a 50% chance that white hair will be affected by the heating process and turn slightly yellowish. Also, darker hair color might get one shade lighter, and it depends on whether you have colored your hair or not. Solution for white hair: The yellowish color can fade out within ten washes. If it's necessary, you can apply hair color. It's a common effect due to the heating process, not the keratin product.

ADDRESS
We will not be responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses. Follow the best practices in providing a shipping address to avoid delivery delays.
USA & other countries: We do not ship to P.O. boxes, please provide a physical address.
India: There is a requirement for extra verification before receiving the package. The courier will contact you to fill up a KYC FORM online. Please make sure that the Shipping address you provided during your order is the same as written in your I.D.
Saudi Arabia: Please provide your Registered National Address. The National Addressing is a unified system consisting of six main parts, they are: Building Number, Street Name, District , City, Postal Code or Zip Code, Secondary Number.
Customers must ensure to provide the exact delivery address and instructions at the time of placing the order. Make sure someone is available to receive the parcel. Once the parcel is shipped, we cannot change the address or cancel the order.
DISPATCH AND ORDER FULFILLMENT
Orders are dispatched and fulfilled within 1-2 Business days from the date of purchase. Please note that all orders are sent on Monday to Friday, except Public Holidays.
CUSTOMS
Customs fees, import tax, tariffs or duties are not included in pricing.
Orders shipped to your country from the UAE could be charged with customs fees upon arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the extent of these costs, which are your responsibility. Please consult the local customs office to determine the amount of duties and taxes that will be charged on your package.
Note: India customs fees, tariffs are almost 100% of the value of the products.
SHIPPING FEES
Fees are calculated based on the weight, box dimensions, location or country. We offer Free Shipping on certain locations if the order reaches a specific amount, you will be notified when you are eligible for it during checkout.
DELIVERY TRACKING
All items will be delivered via Aramex & DHL. Once the order is dispatched, the customer will be notified via email with the carrier and tracking information. We encourage customers to track the parcel and it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up. Please get in touch with us immediately if you do not receive a tracking number.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
Please note that we cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being delivered. We provide tracking information in our shipment confirmation emails that allows you to personally track your package and verify the delivery.
REFUSED / RETURNED PACKAGE
Packages in the UPS/ DHL/ Aramex returned to us due to customer's non-compliance will fall under the Return Policy. Shipping and return fees are nonrefundable and deductible from the outstanding amount of the order.
If refused packages due to non-compliance or for any reasons that may occur, DHL / UPS/Aramex will destroy the packages. We do not refund the amount of the Order paid to us.
It is the customer's responsibility to receive the packages at the shipping address provided and to follow up on their shipments through the tracking information sent by us. Any other changes and delivery instructions must be communicated through the courier.

How to cancel my order?

What if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?
If the estimated delivery date has passed, we kindly ask you to wait a few extra days in case there are any local postal delays, as your parcel is due to be delivered by your local postal service. We also encourage you to monitor your parcel online using the tracking number attached in our confirmation email to you. After a few extra days, please contact us via E-mail and include your order number. We will take immediate action from there.
I provided the wrong delivery address.
Customers must ensure to provide the exact delivery address and instructions at the time of placing the order. You must contact us immediately to resolve the issue but once the parcel is shipped, we cannot change the address.
I received the wrong item.
If you have received an item that is different from your specified order or if the item in your delivery is different from the description. Please contact us immediately or within 24 hours, through email and let us know what kind of discrepancy there is. Provide any photos of the item for us to verify. We will endeavor to get you the correct item within the normal timeframe. If the item is out of stock, we will refund you the full cost.
My item is broken/damaged.
Please inspect the items you received upon delivery and contact us immediately or within 24 hours. Provide images of the faults or damages found. We would like to evaluate the issue and if the damages were due to manufacturing defects or damage during transit, we will be happy to replace the item for you.
Can I return my package?
